They barely keep up as it is,the 36% increase in fuel volume would be a problem.The two big hurdles I see is you'll need bigger than 80 primary jets and bigger than factory secondary jets.

i like the q-jet because its stock looking ill check that site out

check with cliff Ruggles i know he is working on it.

I don't think the qjet has enough bowl volume or needle size for e85. man it would be nice to be able to use that instead of 110 race gas(cheaper) but could it be done its already hard to keep fuel in them.
) might have the answer.I calculated the flow area for each circuit on gas and multiplied it by 30% to get a required flow area for E-85.i was thinking about it earlier.70's with a Qjet and race gas.I know it's not exact but should get you into the ballpark range of where you need to be for E-85.

A while back I tinkered with the idea.I was running 11.Drill baby drill!The ability to keep the Qjet bowl full of fuel would be a concern though.

A race series thermoquad could be made to work, I would think.
